"Been a Pelangi 3x now. With the new pool and newly renovated rooms, simply perfect. Glad they have a tennis court although the court needs resurfacing / washing. Last year I brought 8 of my family. Tgey love it. Will be back again. "

"We had a pleasant stay for our Honeymoon at La Villa. Recommend the Villa with Private Pool for a nice relaxing getaway. Free shuttle service to Pantai Cenang which is great for meals and some light shopping. Staff are very helpful. "

"Service was great. Room was great. Ocean view on the beach. Front exterior of th ehotel is somewhat offputting but once you enter there is a great freindly atmosphere and the staff really are attentive to you. Cookies and fruit in your room everyday. Bar was friendly and breakfast was included."

Close to beach access, small but nice pool, very friendly staff, good & fast hot water in the shower, daily towel service, breakfast pretty good with interesting upgrade options and bedding turndown service with chocolate and a kind card—nice touch! The only possible areas for improvement might be a few things like closer bedside lamps for reading, bathing suit drying racks, stronger hair blower (perhaps ours was on its last leg!), better coffee at breakfast, mirrors...
