PRIVATE PROPERTY. Villa Steffy is an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated by the owners. The villa is externally plastered and internally furnished with beautifully furniture. Villa Steffy is the ideal accommodation for families. The villa, set on the Lucca hills has a beautiful position, due to the closeness to Ponte a Moriano and Lucca. The villa offers a spectacular view over the area of Lucca and the surrounding hills. Lucca can be easily reached by bus and also by train. Lucca is just ten kilometers away. The villa is situated along the way to Bagni di Lucca, with its Spas, and close to the famous and suggestive "Devil's Bridge - Ponte del Diavolo". Villa Steffy can be a good starter point to make trips to the famous villas of Lucca, to Versilia for beach lovers and to the famous tourist cities of Tuscany such as Pisa with its Piazza dei Miracoli (13 km), Florence (78 km) or the marble quarries of Carrara and the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Interiors
Villa Steffy is made up of three floors. The ground floor has the access on the East side and it opens on the dining area with sofa and fireplace, and a step leads to the kitchen. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with shower. A staircase of 17 steps leads to the first floor, accessible through a circular staircase next by the kitchen. The first floor has two accesses at the outdoors, one from the main entrance on West side and a staircase from the East side. On this floor there is a large living area with sofa and television, a study, the children's area equipped with many toys and books and also a service bathroom. A staircase of 16 steps, leads to the second floor made up of the sleeping area. There is a double bedroom, then the Lion King bedroom which can be double or twin, and another bedroom with a French bed (this one has the possibility to add a single bed). These three bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, on this floor. All the bedrooms have access to terraces.
