"Excellent hotel, beautiful room, with very comfortable beds. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Loved our stay here. My only issue was breakfast, the service was terrible, the staff were faffing about trying to look busy rather than service customers, it took 25 mins from ordering for the cooked option to arrive and the place was a ¼ full at best. I would recommend you get breakfast elsewhere."

"Our room sat on the back alley and was a bit noisy. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! Staff were pleasant and receptive, but not engaging. After staying at 3 other hotels in Switzerland, we were used to a different level of friendliness and service. "
