"When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way."

Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. "Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "
