"I have stayed at many local hotels and this is by far my favorite in seeconk now. Clean, and safe, I will only be staying here and the Middletown RI location. The management\owner also are easy to communicate with. I can’t wait for the out door pool to open in may. "

"Hotel is hip and has a cool, modern vibe. Perfect location for access to Brown, RISD, and Downtown Providence along with many good restaurant options and a Trader Joe’s for snacks and quick items nearby. Rooms are decent sized, however, the appliances (air conditioner/heat, fridge) and squealing shower door are a bit disruptive for sleeping and relaxation. There was also construction next door and on the street, which was not the hotel’s fault but again, not the most peaceful atmosphere. Would...

"Excellent vibe and delicious breakfast! The concrete walls add privacy and insulation which was perfect for unwinding after an evening out. It was a good getaway for my partner and me. The staff are very approachable and helpful. Outside the hotel, the location is close to many chain eateries and downtown Providence is only a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone who wants a hotel with privacy and a bit of industrial flair."

"I love a boutique hotel for all its quirks. Love the wooden floor. Similar to my house. Bed was comfy. Blinds in the room made it plenty dark. Shower was a bit too small. Coffee in lobby cafe was good. Honestly, no complaints. Plenty of street parking for my car. Walking distance to everything I needed. "

"Good place off the highway. Close to airport if you are taking a plane. Staff are friendly. They will text you after checkin to see how you are doing. Pool is small and can sometimes smell overly chlorine-y. Room was comfortable and apparently the kids like the bed height. Breakfast was good. The kids like the pancake maker. They rate it 8/10 fo food and 9/10 for everything elss...(from 3 kids)"

"Property was super convenient to Convention center. AM breakfast had a high variety of choices. I also loved the size and layout of my room, including the kitchen area. Given my food allergies it's important to have a means of food prep when I travel. Staff was kind and personable."

"Spent one evening at the Providence Hilton with my parents and sister. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, though we did have to call the front desk multiple times to resolve issues (including having to move my parents to a new room as their heat didn't work). Despite the inconveniences I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Providence."

"My son and his girlfriend live 2 doors down on Sowamsett. The location is perfect for a visit to see him and his girl as well as enjoy the beautiful Town of Warren. Bristol and Barrington are on either side of Warren and Newport is a short drive South. "

Charming & Cozy 3-Bedroom home in Barrington

"Reina (helpful and kind) met us at the property and walked us through the house, we called as we were arriving late and she even told us to stop because things closed at 9. Don’t let the square footage fool you there is tons of private space in basement. There are interesting books and the neighborhood is so cute! Beautiful area!!"

Entire rental unit in Warren, Rhode Island Unit 3

Stay!

"This was a great jumping off point for all of our adventures around Rhode Island (and parts of Massachusetts) - Warren, Providence, Newport, Bristol. So location is wonderful. Is the location loud? During the day - yes, it's a on a popular road. But at night it wasn't terrible - Kathy provides earplugs in case you need them. But we didn't. The furniture wasn't the most comfy but if you're out and about, it's not a thing. If it were a long term stay, I could see the bed maybe becoming a bit uncomfortable but it worked for our short stay. All in all, we'd be back if we're in the area! Would recommend if you want a central location."

Full 2 bedroom apt in beautiful Warren RI

Adorable little place

"My three week stay here was great. I rented the second floor of a three story house. The apartment was very cute and cozy. It was clean as a whistle. The host, Kathy, was extremely personable and easy to talk to, and she was very responsive to the few requests I had. The property is at a very busy intersection and the traffic can get quite loud, but earplugs were available in the rental for those who are sensitive to traffic sounds. The parking was super easy right behind the house, which is a bonus from what I've been accustomed to in the area. Many people who had stated there wrote glowing little notes to the host and thanked her for a wonderful experience. Including me. "

Warren Vacation Rental, Walk to Warren Town Beach

Excellent location and fantastic host!

"Stayed here for one week in July. Host was an excellent communicator - I had several questions throughout the stay and Barry and Carol were so quick getting back to me. This house is right in historic Warren. We walked to restaurants, coffee houses, and Dels frozen lemonade. House is located short walk from the biking trail too. I worked remotely while here and wifi was great. Only downside was no dishwasher but I knew that going in. Downstairs is another rental unit and was occupied for a few days of our stay. If I hadn't seen them unloading their car, I would not have known though! Another great positive is that there is dedicated parking behind the house - so no need to parallel park on the street. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We loved everything about this location! Distance from the airport as well as distances from. Newport and Providence! One small suggestion would be to add a railing along stairs to upper level bedrooms (stairs are just a bit steep). Otherwise, everything was breathtaking and gorgeous! My favorite times were awakening to the birds chirping along with rabbits hopping through the yard, with majestic sunrises easily viewed from the balcony!! Great place for a getaway!!"
