"Quick check in and out. Coffee pot was not working since day one and replacement was dropped off. However, the second pot was not working either. I did not like the fact that everything is an additional cost. Parking $38 plus tax daily. $25 breakfast pp, $9.95 Wifi. The fee for the Wifi was supposedly waived yet charged $4.95. That just did not make any sense at all. I would like to suggest either consider giving free breakfast and parking. The hotel is sky high already. "

"I love a boutique hotel for all its quirks. Love the wooden floor. Similar to my house. Bed was comfy. Blinds in the room made it plenty dark. Shower was a bit too small. "Spent one evening at the Providence Hilton with my parents and sister. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, though we did have to call the front desk multiple times to resolve issues (including having to move my parents to a new room as their heat didn't work). Despite the inconveniences I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Providence."
