"Brilliant location for the Meryal water park. Staff were very friendly and super professional. Would like to mention Kristian, Mervet and Titis on the front desk and concierge areas who were outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay hassle free and really enjoyable. Many thanks to them. Those people are what make a good hotel great and differentiates the hotel from other options. Nice place to stay and will definitely return. "
