Agence Cocoonr offers you Le Ruby , a 26-square-meter apartment , located in the Perrache district (Lyon 2) , 50 m from the escalator to the train station for access, in a beautiful old and perfectly maintained building. Located on the 4ᵉ floor with elevator, it benefits from a beautiful brightness. You'll feel right at home here.

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A first door that opens onto a common airlock in which is the washing machine, the vacuum cleaner that will be shared with the Mezzo studio that the Cocoonr agency also manages.
- Then an entrance door leads directly into the kitchen and living room. This living room looks out onto Cours Charlemagne, a street bustling with different types of shops. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hob...
- The living room has a single sofa bed, TV and wifi.
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- The bedroom comprises a queen-size bed (160x200), a small closet area and blackout curtains.

Perrache is a historic district in the south of Lyon's peninsula, today the southern sector of the city's 2ᵉ arrondissement.
The Perrache interchange (built in the 1960s), the Perrache train station (19th century), and its strategic geographical position in the city of Lyon, at the junction of the A6 and A7 freeways, make the Perrache district one of the main interchange centers in the Lyon metropolitan area.

The district is surrounded by the Saône and Rhône rivers. It sometimes encompasses the neighborhoods “behind Perrache”, namely Sainte-Blandine and the Verdun-Suchet sector, which are cut off from the rest of the Presqu'île by the station and interchange of the same name.
Just a stone's throw from Lyon's newest district, la confluence, (shopping center, with cinema, vaporetto running along the Saône, multiple restaurants, bars...)

J'avais choisi cet appartement via Abritel mais en fait on se retrouve avec une autre plateforme. La location était d'une durée de 10 jours. Malheureusement au bout de 5 jours nous avons du partir en urgence pour raison familiale. Je pensais pouvoir me faire rembourser au moins 3 nuits. Cela n'a pas été possible. Je suis pourtant une habituée d'abritel, je crois que ce sera la dernière fois. Il y a des situations que l'on ne choisit pas, je trouve regrettable de ne pouvoir obtenir un remboursement.

RUBY Logement qui n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes suite à la propreté du logement (poussières, cheveux dans la douche), le dysfonctionnement de la cafetière, l'eau chaude qui était tiède et non chaude, la nuisance de personnes peu recommandables en bas de l'immeuble quasi permanente bien que logement plutôt bien situé. RUBY This accomodation is in a great location close to the train station with a tram stop at the front door, with supermarkets near by and other shops for items needed for a short stay. The property is well presented. The only consideration that should be taken into account is the accomodation is on a busy street with the trams and cars passing the property all day and night (positive for transport negative for noise). This would be less of an issue in winter as it has good double glazing but in the warmer weather (24 -28 Celsius while we were there) you needed the windows open for fresh air (no air conditioning) and the noise was quite intrusive in the apartment.

D’autre part, le wifi est très lent, la télé ne marchait pas (« pas de connexion »). Pour le reste, l’appartement est très bien : fonctionnel, propre, bonne literie, rénovation récente, sécurisé, bonne communication avec la conciergerie et accueil en personne. Mais nous ne reviendrons pas à cause des nuits peu reposantes…
