"We loved the location to downtown Estes! It was easily within walking distance of the main area of Estes. It is now on a main exit of downtown edtes since they restructured the streets in Estes. That makes for lots of traffic & road noise. We requested an early check in due to the parade congestion & we were only permitted to get in 45 minutes early.
