"The hotel was ok. The family room was big enough for 2-nights stay. One of the male receptionists was really helpful and informative. The breakfast was average. The hotel is hard to reach and it was always complicated and tiring to travel to it. Otherwise - all good. And we got an upgrade - a view towards the bridge, which was somehow cool."

However, there was a small issue with the booking, in that the Hotels.com app allowed us to book a room for 3, even though the room only had 2 single beds and the Hotel's policy is not to provide roll-away beds. "Our stay at Auberge Discovery Bay for Christmas 2024 was fantastic Great location easy access from HK airport to the hotel , free shuttle to Disneyland and great public transport close to the hotel to go anywhere you want. The hotel itself was very neat and clean the customer service was exceptional and the rooms were very modern. We had the bay view room which was amazing with fantastic views and the bathroom with huge rainfall shower and bath was great to relax in after long days exploring....
