"Had already stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay an extra night, it was easy to book it through hotels.com. The stay was part of a ski group, food a little limited, rooms clean, beds too soft for my liking but thats personal choice."

"I really love this hotel as it’s very easy accessible plus there is always ample, free parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful and genuinely seem pleased to serve you and check in is always quick and efficient. "Our stay was pleasant overall, the spa is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed swimming outside under the stars. The hotel rooms are slightly outdated and although we had booked a room which was listed as having a separate bath we ended up having to pay extra for a room with a bath, which was disappointing. The staff were helpful and friendly and the view of the garden from the room was very nice! "

"We paid extra for a room on the terrace. Its was grubby, bedding smelt and badly needed airing and there were horrible stains on the side of bed and wall - some looked like dried blood - yuk! Our door opened immediately out onto a table - part of the restaurant. The restaurant is busy at lunch time and evening -and so noisy until midnight and beyond. Not want we thought we were buying! "
