"Beautiful property, and perfect location. "

"Place was awesome. There was a great view from the front porch. There is a gas station less than a half mile away, which is very convenient. We were able to get to either Monticello or Montpelier in less than an hour. The town of Crozet is about 40 minutes away, which also has plenty to do. The location made it easy for us to get to all the places we wanted to go. I would absolutely stay at this place again."

"This property is an amazing hidden gem that we consider ourselves very fortunate to have found. Driving up the wooded driveway not only takes you to this wonderful home but to an incredible oasis. I can't rave enough about how clean everything was. We always rent mid-late August and very frequently properties are looking pretty tired after being rented all summer. "Babbling Brook is an awesome house!! It has all the amenities you could ever want. It was beautiful, comfy, spacious and we loved & enjoyed every minute of our stay there. We especially loved evenings on the deck with the gas fire pit. Our host made everything very easy with how to videos & instructions. She was also extremely attentive and quickly responded to questions. I give Babbling Brook my highest recommendation and would definitely stay there again!!"
