"This is a beautiful apartment, as pictured. Great communication with owner. Top floor, concrete floors, and one unit next door seemed to be empty, so we didn’t hear much noise from the street or other units. (Keep in mind with such high ceilings that noise may carry!) Only real downside was no parking included but we parked out front with no problem. "

"Very nicely updated modern apartment. It was quiet & felt safe especially with the double door code security. A blow dryer added would be nice! A bedside lamp would be a great addition for reading! My only concern was the old building smell inside. It was perfect for my stay & enjoyed walking down story street! Thank you!! "

"The only reason we didnt give 5 stars was because there was a strong smell that wasnt necessarily bad, but we were very sensitive to it and made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also an unexpected 9pm quiet hour limitation we werent expecting, but we were able to work around it. The bathroom was also very very small, and only one small mirror. But, everything else was awesome. Super clean, very comfortable bed, pillows, blankets and towels. There was plenty of extra soap and shampoo/conditioner...
