"I chose this hotel because of its proximity to estadio bernabéu so my daughter and I could walk to the Taylor Swift concert and not worry about taxi’s etc. We had a suite which was very large and lovely with a huge terrace. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not very stylish or modern but it is certainly very clean and typical Spanish. If we were not going to the stadium this would not be my first choice of locations in Madrid, but that being said there is a metro...

"Excellent service, great location, nice room, just very loud if you’re facing the street. Very difficult to sleep since nightlife goes late which is wonderful just difficult if you’re trying to adjust from jet lag. "

"Had a nice stay here. It was half way between the city and where I had a meeting. Enjoyed being able to walk even though the traffic is crazy in Madrid. Nice breakfast but could have more healthy options. Would have liked a gym and pool given the cost of the hotel."
