"My stay was fine, but in the 1st night, we were on the 19th floor and kept hearing the elevator all night making it difficult to sleep. We planned to leave the next day so we checked out. Due to unforseen circumstances, we ended up staying a second night. This time, we were on the 14th floor and the room was gorgeous. The only thing was I think we were either right by the heating furnace or something and it was loud off and on all night. Also, the parking garage is really really really tight. "
