"The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely."

"Need more/bigger hot tubs"

"Room was very small with a convertible bed which took 2 minutes to find. When converted, the bottom board protruded out to hurt your feet walking around it. Totally hazardous. "

"The hotel is excellent. Hotel and rooms look new and well-maintained. Location is prime, next to a groceries store, restaurants, stores, and walking distance to the ski area. They don’t offer breakfast, which is a downside but with a mini-kitchen and restaurants/groceries nearby, it is easily manageable. We loved the stay and would certainly consider staying there on a future trip."

"my room only had a murphy bed. It was partially broken making it a bit difficult to open. It was not very comfortable. The hotel is a good location. TV is streaming only no cable."
