"Very pleasant one night stay whilst in Plymouth for a theatre trip. The single room I took has all you need - comfy bed, TV, tea & coffee, ensuite shower. Good choice for breakfast - fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc. as well as full English options. Pretty close to Plymouth How and to the city centre, both in easy walking distance. Service was welcoming and helpful, especially when I had trouble locating the nearby car park. Will stay here again when in the area next."

"This was a great stay, I expected a hotel room and was greeted with a whole flat, modern, clean and cozy with everything needed for a comfortable stay even a washing machine and dishwasher. The shower was great, living area was comfortable and the bedroom was large, the kitchen had a toaster, oven, kettle, fridge and coffee machine it even had a small bottle of milk, tea bags and coffee, dishwasher tablets and cleaning cloths. The lady on the front desk was helpful and kind offering extra duvet...

"The location, grounds and building are lovely. Ambiance is unpretentious and professional, the food delicious. The rooms are lovely but our bathroom was a let down. Very deep old and somewhat dangerous bathtub, with mixer shower taps. No way to shower without flooding. Very limited shelving/storage - nowhere to put washbags etc."
