"Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay."

"The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. "Very comfortable and clean. Spacious and bright. Great water views and those of the bridge. There was a problem with the heating which the landlord took care of right away. We had everything we needed during our stay. We were not familiar with a gas stove (coming from Canada) and didn't want to risk using it. No instructions were provided.
