"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"So looks nice when enter and location is great. Once in room noticed needs touch up with paint and something to stop doors squeaking. Beds moved which was annoying. Food - breakfast is pretty much best, lunch and dinner had lots of recycled food and fatty pork and steak. Chips were half cooked at times. I survived on ham & cheese on toasted bread and pizza."
