"The room was clean on arrival. With a well stocked kitchenette. Restaurants, groceries, shopping, pharmacy and church are all within very short walking distance. The Greenbelt Shopping Mall is also under a 14 minute walk. So location is excellent and the staff is very courteous and helpful. My husband very much enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym facilities are actually excellent."

"Staff not friendly. Upon check in, unpaid water bill of the owner, forced the guest to pay before checking in. Unable to communicate with the owner regarding this matter. Of course I did not pay the debt, but it took me sometime before I check in. The room is clean, with WiFi. No hot water and the bathroom sink is clogged. "
