"We got there May 10 We did not see anybody except the Security Guard and telling us there us no Key for the Property i even showed my Confirmation. We ended up looking for another hotel that 2 days we have to stay. I was Terified and Bad experienced feel bad for my Company. "

"Nice at first but soon found a lot of issues. I had to search for the wifi password. There were two pots to cook with and no frying pan. Both burners were destoyed and faulty. Hood vent didnt work at all. Several roaches in kitchen and bath. Luckily there was a lizard in the room eating the roaches. Took literally 30 hours to get a text reply...we had to go knock on the door we assumed was the condo owners and even then their instructions were unclear and countered what they eventually replied...

"No communication whatsoever the ad posted was a scam. There are at least four buildings. They didn’t state what build the room was in. There’s no email address to contact them and nobody answered the phone number. I do not recommend staying at this place."

"We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay. "
