"This is a beautiful hotel in the pedestrian zone of the old town. It is a short walk (roughly about a block), to get to the main street for taxis or Ubers. From the hotel it is very walkable to all the main attractions (Dragon Bridge, Three Bridges, Market, etc.). Many dining options near the hotel. They offer a great selection at the breakfast including homemade items like fresh baked bread and fruit crumble. Would definitely stay here again while in Ljubljana. "

"The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel. We had never been to Lubijiana before so didn’t understand the “Hotel Shurrle” service. We thought she was sending your own shuttle. We had not been advised about the shuttle’s that should be hailed. We ended up taking a cab and when we are the receptionists rude about our confusion. Better communication on our confirmation would have helped."

Note that there is no parking onsite- if arriving by car get instructions on where to park ahead of time. Once we knew, parking the car was easy and inexpensive."
