"This very clean house is located on a very quiet residential street. There is a patio with BBQ, although no view. The location is perfect to get any groceries, restaurant or service you may want. The house looks as though it was recently renovated with a modern kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. The living room and dining room are huge and can easily accommodate 6. There is a marina with a boat rental just 5 minutes away. The property manager Kalen was always quick to respond. Check-in is as easy as a key code. We would definately recommend this place."

"Beautiful and very comfortable, fire pit outside very convenient ,some wine, nice conversations good time for sure,…. inside is comfy, sweet and everything needed at your convenience, chimney inside made to watch a movie very relaxing and fun.. beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, towels could use an update but that is all, place is awesome, beautiful, sweet and very comfortable . "Hi Jessica, Thank you for providing us a great spot for a long weekend. I’m an 83 year old resident of Cornelius who once lived on the lake in Mooresville. Now my wife and I live in an over 55 development. I have 3 sons in their 50’s scattered about the country. For the past 10 years the 4 of us have gotten together for a 3 day weekend in the fall in some city around the country. This year we decided to come here because I’m considering selling my long held sailboat and we’ve never had a chance to sail together. We did this weekend twice although the wind wasn’t the best. Your house was very comfortable and well provisioned and it seems you’ve thought of everything. I would recommend it to anyone. Peter"

"I was able to book this home at the last-minute during Labor Day. The house was beyond beautiful, it included literally everything myself and guest needed. Respectfully, I was astonished how “homely” the home felt. Each room had lots detail as far as décor; which was a highlight for me, there was sheets, comforters and even washing liquids that can be used if needed. Due to flying in, I didn’t have a iron and that was provided with the home. The kitchen had seasonings in the drawers, it had plates, cups, pots, pans literally all that you needed if you live out of town and forgot to grab last minute items. The home felt like a home away from home. Although I didn’t need anything Mrs. Buket was very responsive and asked if she can assist if I needed recommendations of things to do or eat in the area. My guest was super impressed how beautiful the rental property is and being fully equipped with literally anything you need in the house during a short stay. There were also thorough instructions how to close out the home on the last day and how use things in the home to include the pool and jacuzzi. Their left no room to ask many questions because they were provided. The outside was phenomenal with the cabana, grill area and pool. Even though I didn’t need some of those amenities, it was a blessing just to have it accessible. The ambiance of the neighborhood also was quite and beautiful to enjoy each day. There literally was not any complaints from myself and guest."

"This is a great property and Jeff/Devinn are wonderful hosts! The house is very clean and well-equipped with a lot of high-end finishes and features. There were 4 of us staying in the house on this trip, but we could have easily accommodated several more with the living space on the ground floor. Kayaks, paddleboards, fire pit, and loads of indoor and outdoor games are available. Highly recommend for a family trip!"

"My family enjoyed our vacation in this house. It is large and comfortable. The pictures in the listing are accurate - no surprises. It was nice to have a lake view from almost every room. The kitchen is large, and has plenty of cooking equipment. The pool area was clean and comfortable. We used the kayaks and did some fishing right off the dock."
