"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"It was an absolute treat to stay here. A luxurious countryside retreat, beautiful absolutely everywhere you look. We were very kindly upgraded in our room. The owners of the finca could not be any nicer. So pleasant and welcoming, home away from home type experience. The Finca is just divine, steeped in history and character. A total gem of a find. "Stayed in the appartment for 2 nights. I really enjoyed the place which gives access to a pool shared only with the other appartment. There is a kitchen but it lacks some of the basic things like salt and oil (things you don't want to buy for only 2 days). But great stay overall!! "
