"Our stay at Rafa Nadal Residence was superb! Everything was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Facilities were exceptional! Buffet breakfast was also superb! The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"5 star hotel holiday ⭐️ We loved spending 5 nights here for our summer holiday in September. Location was really nice being around 25 min easy drive from Palma Airport and we hired a car so it was a great central base to visit lots of towns on the island (Soller, Deia, Valldemossa, Pollenca, Alcudia, Palma etc) parking was really easy at a little car park down the road and you just had to walk up the hill to the hotel. "Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....
