"Definitely, a beautiful stay with beautiful views. Checkin process is so easy and host was very quick in response. There is some issue with hot water but other than that we had a really good time. Will definitely book one more time."

"Unfortunately, the house is in complete disrepair, not maintained and dirty. The mattresses are like sleeping on wood. The lawn and patio had not been mowed or weeded for at least a month. The owner did respond immediately to questions or issues that arose. The view is amazing."

"Arrived for 5 nights early in Aug at 7 pm, gate was closed but was met soon and told info pkg was in cottage. However included no information about the cottage only the campground. Instructed to only use the front entrance, back access was for staff only to camp laundry. Entrance hall light did not work. A/C was turned down to 13C - to mask smoke smell. Sent text re no TV or kitchen linens, reply to provide in morning. TV not fixed. Cottage structure was satisfactory but very dusty & dirty. All...

"We had a big group of 14 people and booked this property on Howe Island. The location was great. It was quite, remote and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The hosts, Courtney and Chris along with their kids were very hospitable and did a great job of hosting us. Would definitely consider this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!"

"Beautiful surroundings and everything you need to enjoy the beautiful St. Lawrence River. Our extended family was up and our cottage down the road was full. This was a wonderful space to be close to family and still have privacy, quiet, and all the conveniences of home. Well appointed, clean and very responsive host. If the situation arises again and we love our family so we hope it does - we won't hesitate to return. Well done!"

"The place is exactly as shown. Muskoka chairs are in excellent condition by the fire. Kayaks are almost new and the large inventory of life jackets means everyone can enjoy the water. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, coffee and coffee machine, laundry equipment are all in excellent condition."
