Elegant Home with Sauna

Resting in Baugnez, this is a beautiful and extremely spacious cottage with 9 bedrooms, a heating, and a relaxation area with a sauna. It is perfect to organize a get-together with family and friends, a total of 28 guests._x000D_

Among the points of interest in the region are the Hautes Fagnes estate and Reinhardstein chateau. Active holiday makers have many walks and bike rides waiting for them. Restaurants serving local dishes are at 500 m . You will also find a ski lift at 500 m. Supermarkets and nightlife pubs are at 3 km. If you wish to spend a day admiring nature, there is a lake at 5 km._x000D_

After returning from excursions, you can destress in the sauna. The playroom with table football and billiards equipment invites you to challenge each other for a game in leisure hours. Outdoor living can be enjoyed on the terrace and in the furnished garden with a barbecue. There are play equipment and a trampoline for children. You can bring up to 4 pets by paying an additional fee per pet.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Toller Aufenthalt - gerne wieder

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit 14 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern. Gerade auch für Kinder ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Aber auch alle Eltern haben sich wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wij hebben voor de familie de 2 grote huizen gehuurd en hebben enkel positieve commentaar: heel net, goed uitgerust, bijna elke kamer heeft sanitair, een mooie speelruimte op het gelijkvloers. Wij hebben de grootste living gebruikt om samen te eten en te zitten, de kleinste voor wie wat rust wou. De slaapkamergang is met elkaar verbonden, wat handig is. De vakantiewoning is prachtig gelegen voor wandelingen en toch niet te ver van winkels en van het centrum van Malmédy. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en discreet. Het was al de tweede keer dat we er op familieweekend gingen en kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden!

Het huis is echt heel ruim, van alle spullen is ook ruim voldoende aanwezig bord ...

Het huis is echt heel ruim, van alle spullen is ook ruim voldoende aanwezig borden, bestek, kopjes, glazen, kookpannen, 2 fornuizen met echte ovens per unit (van 14 personen), gelegen tegen een actieve boerderij waar het melken vrij te bezoeken was, op korte loopafstand van een bos om lekker te wandelen. Een kleine kritische noot past wel Koekenpannen waren er in de ene unit niet, in de andere wel, maar voor 28 personen echt te weinig (maar ik had er zelf een meegenomen) en snijplanken ook niet. Verder bleek het huis niet regenbestendig toen we weg gingen stortregende het en het water stroomde zo onder de tuindeuren en ramen door. Dat er dekens waren (en geen dekbedden) overviel ons ook, we hadden dekbedhoezen meegenomen als beddengoed. En in de beschrijving stond dat er een fitnessruimte was, maar die hebben we niet aangetroffen. Dit alles kon de pret echter echt niet drukken, het huis kan ik aan iedereen aanraden en mochten we ooit weer zo'n familie evenement organiseren dat proberen we zeker dit huis weer te huren.

Met de hele familie (24 personen) een week verbleven in de twee grote appartementen die aan elkaar gekoppeld zijn. Prima verblijf. Groot en schoon. Misschien wat sfeerloos. Minpunt(je) er is nog een klein appartement ONDER de keuken van het grote appartement dat wij huurden. Helaas was geluidsoverlast voor de huurders onder ons moeilijk te vermijden.
