"Great location (but can be very loud outside and the noise does come in at nighttime when trying to sleep) Hotel is nice, well sized room and the staff are great and very helpful The breakfast selection is minimal but they do have teas/cakes etc in the afternoon too. No long life milk pots or spoons in the room for the tea? "

"This hotel is located right in the train station. You have to go the water side outside to get to it or as you come out but still in main station left and on your left is a lobby waiting room with nice furniture, go thru to front desk behind the double doors. This place is right above the train statopmbut we heard nothing!!! It was quiet, cleam and the staff especially front desk and bell people, are all super nice. There is construction going on but we were able to walk to some neat places....

"In a very vibrant area of Lisbon. Several walkable neighborhoods close by. Extremely helpful front desk staff. Very good restaurants nearby. Close to tram and Metro, National Museum of Contemporary Art. Walked 10 minutes to Fado in Chiado musical performance. Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel."

"Travelling with friends, who liked their rooms but didn't have huge amounts of space. I went for a Junior Suite and it was well worth it. Bags of room, and very cool, including a modern four-poster. The location is excellent, downtown and very close to the Metro for going further afield. Staff all very friendly (my Portuguese is basic, unlike their English - everyone spoke it perfectly). And everyone was super helpful. Would stay here again when returning to Lisbon. "

"Had a lovely stay all staff very friendly and helpful. We did not like the view from our room so we spoke to the manager who upgraded us without any extra fee. The room was very nice and clean apart from the carpet that needed cleaning. Some of the furniture in the lobby needed some attention. But overall great hotel "

Luxury Boutique hotel

"This is an old palace converted to a luxury hotel and They have done a great job with it. Booked 5 rooms for my 50 th birthday with friends and family. U cannot complain anything about this property. From check in to check out, everything was exceptional. The staff are very friendly and extremely attentive, they made sure everything was taken care off. The whole management of this property take their hospitality very seriously. They went out of their way to make our stay awesome. The rooms are very tastefully and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom area was large enough with luxury toiletries. Over all , i thank the entire team who made our stay memorable."
