"My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and were not disappointed! We love the property and little community; there were families and older couples. We also loved the surrounding area, there was so much to do!! We really enjoyed our stay. IMPORTANT NOTE: everything is provided! The Breakaway Rentals contract says you have to bring linens and other things, but everything is provided, including sponge w/ soap for kitchen, hand towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash,...

"Property was very well kept and extremely clean. 4 stars instead of 5 because it was quite q bit smaller than we expected. The kitchen, living and dining room are all one room. There were just two of us, so space was adequate, however, with four or six it would be tight. Dining table small and only has 4 chairs. The second bathroom is nice to have. "

"The views and beach are absolutely gorgeous! I was slightly taken aback that they expect you to bring your own sheets. We also had some difficulty figuring out how to get in, but eventually figured out to go through the back gate. Other than that we had a lovely time and enjoyed the rental! "

"This is a beautiful unit with lots of space and every amenity you can think of. One of my usual pet peeves with rentals is that there are not enough hooks. This place had hooks all over! View and location were gorgeous. Place was incredibly clean. My only suggestion is to lessen the (not so bad) requirements for checkout. If I am paying a cleaning fee, I would prefer not having to take my own trash out and put the towels in the washer. Other than that, just superb!"
