"This cabin was a perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday life. We stayed in February, and the whole place was covered in snow. We barely saw anyone else our entire time.It's nestled in the woods next to a little river and was a perfect place for my wife and two of our friends to get away. It had plenty of creature comforts (we made ample use of the coffee station) and was very clean.I highly recommend this listing for anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape into nature."

Very clean with a little binder that had details on anything we’d want to know. Everything stocked inside that we could need so that was a nice surprise. "A very clean and spacious cabin/house with total privacy. Easy access from the highway and close to the NCNP and hiking trails. Owner is easily accessible if there are any issues. "Our stay was during the rainy month of late October and even though the weather was drizzly. The surrounding trees allowed us to enjoy the outside space as much as possible. Trips to the hot tub, outhouse, and outside kitchen were protected from the rain drops by the majestic canopy. The inside space was the perfect respite from wind and rain. We enjoyed our escape from home."

Having that view from the spacious living room/dining area with its fireplace, exposed rock-faced chimney, and comfy sofas made it a wonderful place to relax. With the cabin's proximity to town, we got take-out so we could dine in the beautiful cabin instead! The cabin is dog-friendly with its fenced yard, and it was just a short walk to the public trail down to the shoreline of the river. "

Rainbow House Private Annex: Year-round comfort at North Cascades National Park!

The Rainbow house and Annex

"The Rainbow House and Annex are Beautiful , very clean and comfortable. The Annex Hideaway bedroom is nice and dark when lights are out , with a comfortable queen bed . I love a dark bedroom to sleep . Kitchen's are well supplied with everything you need to cook and serve a meal . Just bring the food . There's local restaurant's if you want to eat out . The owners are super nice and quick to respond if you have a question or need . These places are in a beautiful area surrended by the beautiful Cascade mountains . Ideal places to stay to view and hike the many trails . So many beautiful views of waterfalls that you can view from your vehicle, if your not hiking . The MarbleMount ranger station has all the information about the hikes . After hiking it is enjoyable just setting on the porches enjoying the Beautiful scenery , so peaceful and relaxing . This truly is one of my favorite places to visit . I plan to come here as often as I can . I hope others can visit this awesome place . Oh... a big plus is the laundry room for those who bring limited clothing . Another bonus lots of hot water and towels . Want to also mention on rainy days there are puzzles and games and the book shelves are full , and also TV. If you just want to relax watching a movie. Lots of options for a couple or a family . We had a great time at The Rainbow House and Annex .💖🌈🤗💞 "

"Quiet place with self check in. Communication was good. We got a room with a shared bathroom since it was just my daughter and I it worked out well. I would not recommend this for a family stay. The room was small without a TV but there was a shared area with a TV fridge and microwave. Worked out well for our one night visit to North Cascades."
