"Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again. The room has recently been renovated to a high standard, it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were great, helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet had a nice range of things to try."

There were control screens to turn on/off the lights, close the window shades, and unlock the door to the room (this feature I didn't like because it was overly sensitive and I didn't realize the door was partially open. The bathroom was wonderful! It was equipped with accent lighting as well as normal lights. "

"You just don’t get more central location than this location, Getting to the location can be a little bit challenging because of the narrow streets of Verona but once you’re there, you are in the center of the action literally one minute walk to the arena Location, location, location. Just please take into consideration the hot tub on the roof can be accessed only by appointment until 3 PM, And only between 3 PM to 6 PM there is free access. The bar on the roof overlooks the arena and Verona is a unique, relaxing experience"
