Ottima sistemazione. Vicino al mare, ai negozi ed ai posteggi, in area pedonale. Appartamento arredato con gusto e perfetto per una coppia. Probabilmente vivibile anche con due bambini.

Petit appartement à 2 pas de la mer, des plages et des commerces/restaurants
L'appartement se situe dans une rue piétonne fleurie, calme, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces. Le village est bien animé. L'appartement est petit, mais il y a le nécessaire : mini cuisine (attention, pas de four), joli salon, table à manger, mini SDB avec machine à laver, climatisation, TV. Le tout est propre. Il faut amener vos draps, linges et si vous souhaitez cuisiner, vos condiments, huiles,etc... Marcello était facilement atteignable et sa maman, très aimable, présente à l'appartement au dessus. Pas d'exterieur, si ce n'est un banc sur la rue, mais nos enfants ont trouvé de la place pour jouer dans la rue. Nous sommes satisfait et le recommandons.

Deux jours à l’Ile d’Elbe
Séjour en hiver, un peu court pour s’habituer au lieu (fonctionnement du chauffage). Attention : les lits sont en 1/ en 180 et 2/ en 90 et plutôt pour enfants car trop peu de hauteur entre les 2 lits ! 3/ le canapé en 100. Il faut prévoir les draps en fonction… L’été, ce logement doit être merveilleux. Excellent échange avec propriétaire.

Wir haben das schmucke rote Haus im autofreien alten Teil von Marciana Marina ins Herz geschlossen. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden gerne wieder hierher kommen!

Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di luglio, la posizione è ottima, vicina ai parcheggi e al centro del paese. La famiglia host e la collaboratrice si sono resi disponibili ad accogliere e risolvere i piccoli disagi riscontrati. Nella casa non manca davvero nulla!

Odore di muffa , pulizia appena sufficiente, mancanza di carta igienica almeno per l'accesso, mancanza di almeno una bottiglia d'acqua di prima accoglienza. Abbiamo dovuto portare lenzuola, federe e asciugamani.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Alles in allem sehr schön und ruhig aber auch Zentral gelegen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich klein aber absolut ausreichend für eine 4 köpfige Familie. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und war immer zu erreichen. Also jeder Zeit wieder. 👍🏻😁

L’apparenza inganna
La casa è seminterrata e molto poco luminosa. Le finestre non hanno le tende ma solo le persiane. Gli spazi sono piccoli e angusti. Nel complesso la casa è carina e la posizione molto comoda, vicina al supermercato, al centro e al lungomare. Poiché la zona è estremamente tranquilla, sconsiglio il soggiorno a ragazzi. Abbiamo avuto un diverbio con l’host a causa delle pulizie, nonostante non fossero a carico nostro. Nel complesso consigliamo il soggiorno a persone in cerca di tranquillità.

Appartamento conforme alla descrizione, curato molto ben fornito in ottima posizione sia per Marciana Marina (centro storico, a due passi da ogni servizio ma non rumoroso) che per girare l'isola. Proprietari gentili e attenti, premurosi senza essere invadenti. Abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza!
