"We were only spending a night in Naples with an early departure at the time of booking, but with the threat of an airline strike, we had to add a day. We spent a lot on taxi rides to get us to sites. This is a good hotel if you are only in Naples for a day of travel and don't need to see any sites. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. The staff was accommodating, and the food was great in the hotel. "

"This was our 3rd visit to Napoli and this hotel. The hotel is wonderful with nice, quiet rooms with balconies overlooking the Neopolitan chaos!! We did not have time to enjoy the fabulous rooftop restaurant for dinner this time, but they serve breakfast there in the morning and we sat outside on a gorgeous morning to enjoy the incredible view!! The only negative issue we had in all the times we have stayed here was the breakfast manager. Breakfast was included with our room but we had to leave...

"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Screws in the walls where robe hooks used to be, not a shelf or tub rim to place shower products, any other amenity such as irons, need to be called down to be brought up. "I realy enjoyed the atmosphere of the area. The staff did their best to make me happy and treated me with respect. But, the fridge provided in my room was not working and nobody cared about it. They allowed me to use the staff's fridge downstairs. No liquid soap to wash hands in the bathroom. No facilities to make tea in my room. "
