"Very nice hotel. 5 stars. I love the amenities. We booked a dive and snorkeling excursion with their diving team. It was awesome. I love the pool area. Lots of seating around the pool. The entertainment at night was pretty good. There is belly dancing, karaoke nights. It was pretty good. Breakfast was also impressive. Lots of Egyptian food to eat. We had a comp dinner and it was impressive. They also gave us Pepsi to drink as complimentary. Very good food. Our hotel housekeeping was nice. He cleaned our room everyday and left nice cute towel decoration on our bed or hanging from the ceiling. He was very creative."

"We stayed at the White Bench Resort during the UK Easter school holidays (April 11th to 18th, 2025) as a family of three. Before booking in February, I had done extensive research online on hotels around Hurghada, focusing on location, facilities, and reviews. I'm glad I chose the White Bench Resort. There are plenty of pools to choose from: four heated kids' pools, one very large heated pool (subdivided into several small ones for easy access), one very large unheated pool and a couple of small ones. The beachfront is well-organised, with plenty of seating available. However, to secure a good spot, you'll need to head down to the beach early in the morning. The room was a good size and included all the amenities we needed. It was very clean throughout our stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable—definitely worth recommending. As for the food, it was well-balanced. There are three main restaurants and one à la carte option. You can pretty much eat all day—from 5:00 AM to midnight. Overall, I would recommend this resort for families."

"We stayed at this hotel for the New Year , accommodation was a chalet , basic but clean . The beach area is well equipped with sun beds and canopies, possibly may be a bit overcrowded in peak times. daily food options were good with a moderate selection, The New Years gala was absolutely amazing, the staff were working so hard preparing for the event in the run up setting up the pool area , the array of food was out of this world ,like a banquet for a king. Staff were very friendly and wanted to engage in general chit chat , they also appeared to take pride in their jobs , whether they were gardening, cleaning or waitering, visited the on site spa twice , facilities were ok , however the massages were brilliant both times . Hotel is situated on a busy street with plenty of tourists shops, harbour is a short walk and has plenty of restaurants and a nice view. Overall for what we paid we had a nice relaxing break and would revisit but not at peak time. "
