Had a great selection of foods, the option to reserve restaurants in the Square, if buffet wasn’t something you wanted. 20m drive away from the marina with lots of restaurants and a short walk to Mina Masjid which was great! A variety of pools! The option to pop next door to Aqua magic, if you wanted water slides and kid friendly pools! This was amazing. "Really enjoyed my stay at Cooks Club. The resort was clean, quiet and safe. It has everything you need but also in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We even had our own ambassador named Michael who was always available for any of our needs. Also there is a spa located right next door to the resort that was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. "

I do travel worldwide and particularly in Egypt across the red sea and i have never came across a great hotel like Jaz Amara. Not to forget about the all inclusive option which was amazing as well. "Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...
