"Close to orford shops. Really good black out blinds. It has everything you need. Could maybe have brighter bulbs in the light fittings in the lounge, but otherwise really good. The hot tub was an added bonus. "

"Bery convenient for our 6am flight from Hobart airport. The on sight restaurant served tasty food, and was reasonably priced. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Baggage trolleys were available to assist with luggage from our car to our room."

"We stayed 3 nights and visited Port Arthur and Maria island while we were there. The room was small but very functional. Very clean and modern. The property is amazing with fruit trees and farm animals all about. Nice to walk around. We ate at the restaurant one night which was good with a spectacular view, and quite handy. The property is beautifully landscaped. "
