I was not sure what to expect but both night receptionist and morning receptionist were both friendly and polite, and the cleaning staff were very thorough with their cleaning. All the way down to plenty of towels both body and hand, and though i didnt use everything the room offered, everything i needed was there. I will definitely be staying again the next time i come to Eugene."

"Two relatively minor things weren't great...there was more hallway noise if someone was talking as they walked by, and the coffee in the lobby area was not "real" coffee...a vending machine that dispensed per individual order. The room coffee wasn't any better. But the rooms were comfy, tv channels were generous in selection, and everything else was top notch. Most of all, though, major kudos for accepting multiple dogs.
