That was very disconcerting and it was impossible to understand the loud speaker instructions until we were at ground level. The staff however handled the event quickly and efficiently."

"I had a great stay celebrating my birthday with hotel x , staff were very accommodating from bel men to front desk and when I entered my room they had a little birthday treat for me.I really did enjoy my stay with the comfortable bed and beautiful room would recommend it when celebrating or just for a night out "

"When we called Concierge, or Room Services, to ask about late checkout, the person on the line was very rude and said that there is no availability to allow us late checkout. They ended the conversation with "Your checkout will be at 12pm noon" We had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for this service to be applied to our room. The front desk personnel was nice enough to apply this to our rooms and made sure our room keys were good until 1pm. We told him about what happened on the phone and he said he would have a word with that department."
