Pretty standard hotel but the parking situation was awful. They charged me for both nights ($28 each night) at check in and both nights when I got to the hotel the parking lot was full.

The 24hr shuttle was very helpful. It allowed us to stay near the airport but easily get to the UP to take in events downtown. Pillows were fabulous for sitting up and watching tv, but all were too plump to sleep comfortably. Please throw a couple of small, really soft pillows in the closet. There were minimal food options. That said, you looked after us well during the scheduled power outage.

The stay was good! clean and organized. The restaurant in the hotel took a long time ( 30 mins) to prepare a burger meal. Toothbrushs or any other hygienic supplies that are not provided in the room, check with the front desk.
