"This is one of those big chain airport hotel that you absolutely wouldn't expect a personal experience but omg the service was amazing from reception to bar and we asked about an upgrade because of our daughter's bday. What a lovely surprise when we enter the room and it was all decorated with banners and balloons. Just wanted to say a big thank you for making our stay so special!"

"I stayed here pre-flight to be near T5. The reception staff were lovely and the room clean and comfortable. I left at 4am so did not use the bar or have breakfast. The hotel has access to a pod system to take you to T5 (4am to midnight and currently £8 pp each way the hotel explained). I took the 423 bus 🚌 two stops to T5 - the hotel provide a bus timetable. There is also a hotel-hopper bus from T5 but I wasn’t going to wait an hour for it to arrive. "
