"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you Palmier residence for your hospitality."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Place Jemaa, but set enough further back in a small alley so it doesn’t get the noise of that lively square either! Very convenient and walkable to all the attractions of Marrakech. Big shout out to the receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) who when I mentioned my shuttle transport to Agafay was picking me up at a location a bit further away, frowned and immediately called my driver to arrange a far closer and more convenient meet-up spot to the hotel and also helped me with my bags to meet the shuttle! He was very kind and I was super grateful to him for his help!"

"The taxi driver had a difficult time finding the place, left us off in a different area and the stranger on the street charged 20 bucks to get us there. Weird… need their phone number on the forms. "

"Highly recommend this hotel for a short break or a week’s holiday. From the moment you arrive the staff are on point and make you feel welcome. We had a suite room with swim up pool and wow, well worth the money. The all-inclusive deal is value for money. Overall the food, the staff and the facilities were all excellent and we would return. "great experience, helpful staff, aqua park and heated pool even though in december was great fun. spoiled with eating options, drinks and entertainment. it is pretty isolated, so much around the location. easy to get a cab to city/airport though"

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Ksar Anika. Communication in advance with a late arrival was great. The Riad is beautiful with every detail considered. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, attending to every need. The breakfast is unreal! We also appreciate the kindness and hospitality to our 11-yr old son. The location is excellent and most importantly safety is clearly highly important to the staff. Big thanks to all the dining room service team, the night watchman who helped with arrival and departure at off hours, and reception for support booking a day excursion to the Atlas Mountains. If you can book a day with Hassan in the mountains, we recommend it as a wonderful way to experience the mountains, topped with a lovely home cooked meal."
