En arrivant avec mon épouse nous avons trouvé une culotte dabs l'armoire !!! ils l'ont debaradsé sur notre demande. L'ootion de massage est assez compliqué surtour en couple. on a reservé puis on nous a contacté pour nous dire que il y a pas de masseuse mais une demi heure plus tard on nous a contacté pour nous dire qu'ils ont trouvé la masseuse qui manquaient. En plus pour tous les services et massage ils n'acceptent pad le payment par carte bancaire que le cash est accepté à l'exception de la reservation de chambre qu'on a payé sur expedia. Le pire est qu'on faisant le checkout la receptionniste a insisté de nous offrir une carte cadeau pour une nuit gratuite mais à une condition: cad qu'il utilise mon iphone pour faire un review. Malheureusement on a accepté!!! aujourd'hui j'ai contacté l'hotel aur watsapp pour reserver la nuit offerte et on m'a répondu que je dois leur envoyer un screen shot du review!!! pourtant que j'ai envoyé la photo du bon cadeau et malgrès le fait que j'ai voulu payer une deuxième chambre pour mon fils Bref c'est tout par rapport à cet hotel j'ajoute aussi qu e ils répondesnt pas à nos bonjour par bonjour mais ils entre directe en matière

Travelers should know that the hotel offers free nights to guests who rate them 5 stars on google and other sites. They ask guests to fill this out in front of them at checkout and they take a picture. This explains for me why the hotel is so highly rated. The hotel is fine but staff are too much. Insisted we drink welcoming tea at 1:15 am in the lobby after our flight was delayed for hours. The room is clean and newly refurbished but smells of very strong cleaning fluid. Bed is not comfortable. And furniture is awkward. Bedside table too far from bed to use. Nothing else particularly special to warrant 5 stars.

The room was modern and spacious with a large and nice bathroom. The bed was hard but semi ok. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were brought in. There was no balcony and although there was ample space in the room for a table and chairs, there was none. There is a nice outdoor seating area off the lobby, but we felt uncomfortable, taking cocktails there and it was cold outside part of the time during our stay. The lobby was inadequate for gathering or sitting around. The hotel began serving breakfast during our stay. The orange juice is fantastic, but the other aspects of the breakfast were not. We only ate that breakfast one time because we did not enjoy having the limited menu. There was a complementary coffee bar where you could get coffee drinks at any time. Although the hotel has good qualities, we would not stay there again because it did not offer us any areas to relax in.

Modern hotel. Facilties was clean and new. Good configuration of room to store luggage and clothes. Room was spacious as well as the washroom. Good quality shampoo, conditioner and soap. Hotel well located and walkable to most areas such as train station, bus station, Eden shopping centre, Jamaal El Fna, restaurants. Was able to take the airport bus. Reception was helpful if you need to arrange for transportation to the airport. Nice that they have a PDF file of all you needed to know about the hotel and restaurants in surrounding area. Liked that the hotel sent you a msg regarding arrival information. Only thing that maybe needs to be improved is that the water wasn’t hot enough and the pressure was a bit low.

From the moment we arrived at the Swiss Continental Marrakesh Hotel, we were treated with elegance and grace. The warm welcome, complete with smiles and chocolates, set the tone for a truly memorable stay. The staff were polite and attentive, ensuring our comfort as they escorted us to our immaculate room. Every detail, from spotless bathrooms to the fresh and luxurious feel, was perfect. The hotel’s location made exploring Marrakesh easy, while providing a peaceful haven to return to. One standout was the on-site masseuse, whose exceptional service helped us unwind after long days of exploring. Breakfast was another highlight, with a spread that far exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Shamy, who was a gem throughout our stay. Her helpfulness, from recommending eateries to arranging transport, made our visit extraordinary. Shamy also organised fantastic tours, enriching our experience with her local knowledge. The Swiss Continental Marrakesh Hotel is worth every penny. The staff made us feel safe and secure, even storing our luggage while we travelled. We couldn’t recommend this hotel more – from family getaways to business trips, every aspect exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be returning, thanks to the incredible team, and especially Shamy!

Hotel was great, but quite noisy at night until midnight. Staff were good, but there is no dining at all - but that is fine, as there are loads of places within 2-20 minutes walk. It's downtown, so great for shopping.

Hotel was very clean and tidy from reception up to room. Staff were kind and friendly and extremely helpful. I was given a tray of tea and sweets on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. Tissam was working at reception and was the most wonderful and kind person. Without hesitation offered me more complimentary tea and sweets, gave me information on the local area, and was overall just extremely helpful. Genuinely don’t think I’ve been welcomed that well to a hotel. Thank you.

Conveniently located in central Gueliz, this hotel is an excellent option for its price point: It’s clean, secure, comfortable and the staff are super friendly. My family and I had 3 short stays there in the past month and we received excellent service from start to finish. The reception staff is welcoming, professional and efficient. Special thanks to Btissam, Shaymae and Mounir who attended us during our stays and made sure we had a pleasant and comfortable experience. Cleanliness is also 10 out of 10. Thank you!

The hotel was nice, spacious and clean. The room sevice were responsive. The staff was very friendly. One of the staff Imane responded positively to most of my request and made my stay very enjoyable. I wish it had a swimming pool.

Property doesn’t have a functioning dinning room which isn’t mentioned on Expedia web site. Expedia also list it as having a pool. It does not. It’s a bit further away from things so not so walkable as a location. It’s new however and everything works so that’s a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful.
