We had a wonderful time at this Riad and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even surprised with a spontaneous room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was prepared with such care, and we enjoyed every bite. Another highlight was the hammam – so relaxing and exactly what we needed to unwind. We would return here without a second thought and highly recommend this Riad. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!! I can't say enough about this Riad. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing, but felt like family. They were attentive to our every need and nuance, and even went above and beyond that. The food was delectable. The facility was pristine. The location was great too because it was in the medina, so everything was accessible by walking. It was away from the busy parts of the medina, so it was very quiet. It was near the outer wall, so activities outside the medina, such as the Jardin Majorelle were easily walkable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Grand Riad & Spa is a beautifully laid-out in a stunning traditional moorish style. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff (Ghizlane, Redouan and Redah) were warm, hospitable and helpful and made our stay a very personal and friendly experience. Breakfast and dinner were traditional Moroccan style and really tasty. The riad is located at the northern edge of the old city (Medina), inside the old city walls and most historic sites are within comfortable walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back there if we would visit Marrakech again. Recommended!
