"No one to let us in, another guest opened the lockbox. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was complete, shower was good. Breakfast was help yourself, bread, jams, yoghurts, orange juice, tea and coffee, but no milk! Kitchen was well equipped, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee makers, etc. Bedroom was quiet with blackout shutters and a small french television. The whole place was quirky, with a local feel. Expensive for what it was. Definitely not a Holiday Inn. Access via...

"Lenny (the dog) and his humans host a truly wonderful B&B. It is a truly beautiful mix of old and new, everything is charming and comfortable and well done. "Beautiful hotel designed by Saint Bernadette’s nephew. Gorgeous old world design. Very kind, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well kept with nice details like slippers, a hot water pot, coffe and tea, etc. Literally a 2 or 3 minute walk to St. Joseph’s gate (the main entrance to the cathedral area). My room had a lovely patio overlooking the village, and was so quiet and peaceful. I feel very fortunate to have stayed there. "
