"Great communication with the host, clear instructions for check-in and out. Very comfortable beds. Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. A little hard to find the first time but followed the instructions and did not have any trouble. Will stay again."

"The host Christophe deserves a special mention, he was great, extremely friendly and helpful! The accommodation is homely, great location and outdoor space. Views of the lake from the lawn with lots of outdoor seating and dining. A very enjoyable holiday."

"Although we knew about the spiral staircase, we hadn’t expected it to be so difficult. No shoes upstairs was also a new one! Finally we were very surprised to find no towels in the bathrooms, had to go out and buy some."

"We had a little trouble with check in, having to wait for the manager to meet us, thankfully we had a native French speaker who could phone them to organise. The house itself was very roomy, the kitchen was well supplied with appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. The washing machine and dryer was a bonus. The fireplace kept everything roasting warm and the radiators were very effective also. Lots of different spaces to retreat to. One small comment was that we paid €16 per person...

"We enjoyed a fantastic week at Valerie’s property. So close to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Boulangerie and supermarket. The property had air con in the main area which was a welcome relief and was perfectly clean on arrival.There was no outdoor space as such for the kids to play but that was no problem due to how close the property was to the lake. Less than 20 minutes away there was a nice walk with Paragliding opportunities, and a nice chateau to visit which was a good 20 minutes walk...

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "Nous sommes venu à 2 avec nos 2 chiens et avons passez un bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé entre Annecy et Aix Les Bains, ce qui permet de visiter les environs sans faire trop de trajet. La maison est au calme, et la terrasse en hauteur donne sur une superbe vue. Le logement est plutôt frais en journée ce qui est appréciable durant les fortes chaleurs. Il y a de la place pour stationner dans le jardin (même plusieurs voitures). Le jardin est clôturé donc ok pour les chiens. La...
