"I have stayed at this establishment previously and it still has that same feeling after all these years. Check in was a breeze and I felt so welcomed. This made the whole stay that much more enjoyable. The room was big, with the amenities that I needed and the bed was comfortable. No issues with the accomodation but it is on the main road of Dubbo so it was a bit noisy at times. The good thing about that is that it is close to many shops and the main shopping area is close by. My only criticism was the internet to the room was quite slow and not usable at some occasion when I was trying to complete some work. Other than that, this is definitely a place to consider if you are staying in Dubbo."

"The rooms were clean. Didn't reek of cigarettes. The bed were well made with crisp white sheets. The place was well maintained. "

"We had a friendly and welcoming check-in with a fresh and cold bottle of milk to make a much needed cup of tea. The room was spotless had everything we needed for our stay in Dubbo. The huge bath was great for soaking away the strains of a long drive. The pool, whilst not huge, was also a great addition to cool down when the temperature outside reached 40 degrees. The A/C also worked really well in the extreme heat. Overall we had a really great stay at the Shearing Shed. Thanks "

"Can’t love this motel any more then I already do it’s our go to motel every time we stay in Dubbo .. the new Managers we had were absolutely amazing they couldn’t help enough .. I also love how you don't have to fight for your parking spot, it does one parking spot per room .. rooms are clean & they had the aircon on when we arrived it’s the little things … "
