"This place was so cute and very private. We really enjoyed how secluded it was and the views of the water. It had all the amenities we needed including a washer and dryer which was nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but we managed. It was easy for us to take our disabled dog outside since it was a first floor condo."

"The home is tastefully decorated. Should you decide to cook your meals in, everything you need is in the kitchen. The beds are super comfy. The couch and loveseat are so comfortable with electric adjustments to satisfy any type of posture. There is a gorgeous view of the bay from the living room and master bedroom, which both give you access to the deck. "Proprty is older but well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Conveniently located. Across a street from the water. The 750' pier was really nice. Lots of room to throw your line out. Going in November was perfect! Not crowded at all and weather was good! Nina Garrison was a great hostess!"

"Only reason some reviews received 4 was it was dark. the stair lights were very dim. You couldn’t see the steps. I did report it as soon as we checked in. Hope they get it fixed for safety. As for the condo it was nice. we will return. We enjoy the easy access to the fishing dock. "

"The apartment was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable (3 adults, 1 child). We loved having covered parking, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. The balcony was great and even tho' there was a tropical storm with high waves, we felt very safe and enjoyed having a front row view of the weather. Having the full size clothes washer/dryer and extra kitchen appliances was a real plus. We loved our time in this corner unit & hope to make this a regular summer vacay...

"Great location, we loved the decor, and it had everything we needed! The owner was a nice and timely communicator. The pool is right outside the front door and walking in the neighborhood was wonderful. We also enjoyed coffee by the water in the community tiki hut each morning. We’ve been coming to Rockport for many years, but never stayed here. This is a place will definitely return!"
