" My partner and I spent 8 nights at Riu Jambo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and overlooked the beach, which made for a beautiful setting. Housekeeping maintained it well, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The staff at Riu Jambo were outstanding — always full of energy, warm, and incredibly helpful. I unfortunately had an accident while in Zanzibar (unrelated to the hotel), and the way the staff supported me during my recovery was truly exceptional. They were accommodating, caring, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to William, who we often saw in the buffet dining room. He was a pleasure to speak with and always made sure my partner and I were comfortable and well looked after. The rest of the breakfast and dinner team were equally amazing — attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. While the food could be a little repetitive at times, there was a wide variety and something to suit everyone’s tastes. If I return to Zanzibar, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Riu Jambo for making our experience so positive — a well-deserved 10/10!"

"The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. The hotel is also quite far from Stone Town/the airport, so be prepared to booka lot of taxis if you have things to do on the west side of the island."

"This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. Every detail was considered e.g. The toiletries were top notch and the room had everything you could need including beach blankets beach bags, umbrellas, steamer for your clothes.The list is endless. The pool areas ( there where several) were comfortable relaxing and clean and there were several activities, games and excursons. The Spa is amazing and the gym had everything one needs. The staff were friendly and the service impeccable from reception, restuarant service, housekeeping and the guys driving the shuttles within the resort. The grounds were beautiful and quiet with accress to a large expanse of the coastline. The only thing that needs improving is the food. For the cost and the level of excellence in other aspects of the resort, the food offerings need to be improved in terms of range of options and flavour. I also koted that there were some kids in the adults only section. They were well behaved and did not bother me but others may not appreciate it. Neither of these, would stop me from going back in a heartbeat. one of my best vacations ever. "

"Relaxing holiday. All staff smiling, very friendly and service minded. Excellent team. The food was excellent, perhaps a bit expensive, but very tasty and beautifully served. Special thanks to the waiter Daniel who was really making a difference. We tried yoga and the yoga instructor Anna was really good, Stayed in the ocean view bungalow. The only thing which I recommend is a new madras as it was a bit used. "
