The room was great, and the room service and house keeping was reliable. I stayed in Rio de janerio and in São Paulo also during my trip, and I will say this is easily the best experience in terms of hotel. The area here is safe enough where I didn’t worry about walking around alone in the evening and the mall next store is super handy having a supermarket as well.
