"This house is great! The pictures are exactly what you get. The only downfall was the location, outside the control of the owner, is on a busy road so the traffic woke us in the morning. But the house and host were great besides that!"

"Good location with 5-8min walk from bus terminal. The unit is compact with all amenities inlcuding a small kitchen, full size fridge and washing machine. Condition of cooking utensil is excellent. Very efficient communication with the host. The only down side is that the heating is not very efficient. I stayed in a not-so-cold day (10 degrees), it still take hours to warm up the room, to an extent that i dont feel freezing, but still I need to put on my sweater to keep myself warm."

"About 8 mins walk from local train station. Whole place is so well decorated. Feels dreamy with Ghibli's soundtracks mildly played. The owner speaks great English. Everything is clean and efficient. I stayed in a dorm of 4. The room itself might be a bit small if you have big suitcase. But the space was fair enough for me. Top floor is where you can hang the laundries. You can see Kumamoto castle from there. Overall it was a great stay. Also great value for money."

"No on-site parking, but plenty of paid parking nearby just around the corner. For the price, it was a very nice hotel. They include a traditional Japanese bath, with limited hours, but the rooms also include a toilet/shower. The standard room is comparable to a business hotel with a small walkway from the door to the bathroom with the bed dominating about half of the room. All of the needed amenities were included and the desk is staffed 24/7. Happy with my stay."

"There are many charging port, which is very convenient. There is a public onsen to soak off the day. Provided the yukata as well. Security seems good, as only guests with access card can take the elevator. A short walk (10min) from shopping area. Parking is a distance away with a partnering carpark at 1200yen for a day (2pm to 12pm next day). There are parking nearby for shorter parking durations. All in all, very nice hotel. Will book rooms from this hotel chain in my next Japan trip. "
